Astola Island

An Island is situated in the south of the shore of Balochistan. This island is located in the Arabian Sea. This island was present in the southeast fishing fort of the Pasni. Pasni is a port present in the Gawadar city in Baluchistan province. The largest island that was present in Pakistan was Astola Island. The total length of this island is 6.7km and the total width of this island is 2.3km. The total area of which this island was situated is a 6.7-kilometer square. From Pasni, it takes 5 hours to reach on this land on motorized boats. Another name of this island is Jazeera Haft Talar and the island of seven hills. A lighthouse was installed on this island in the year of 1982. A small mosque was also situated on this island.
Astola Island

Zalzala Koh

Another island was situated in Baluchistan known as Zalzala Island. This island was situated on the shore of Gawadar Baluchistan port. In 2013 on 24 September, this island was formed as a result of the earthquake in this area. This island was 15 to 20 feet high. The total area on which this island was located is244.62 Sq. ft. According to many geologists, this island was starting to submerge very soon the water. After one month of the emergence of this island, this island starts to go down underwater an approximately 10feet was submerged under feet after one month of its appearance. This island was totally submerged in water in the year 2016.
Zalzala Koh

Charna Island

An island was situated in Mubarak village in Kiamari Town. This Town was situated in Karachi, Sindh. This island is 1.2 km long and the width of this beautiful island is 0.5km. The local name of this island is Cheerno. An area called Mubarak Village was situated in Karachi and this Island was 6km away from this beautiful village. Pakistani army mostly used this Island as their firing range. A large number of tourists come every year to visit this place. This area around this island is famous for Scuba diving. Around 60 types of Corals are found in the water of Charna Island. In October, Jellyfishes are also found in this water.



Karachi Harbour

Karachi port is a narrow basin that was situated in the west on the Indus River in Karachi. This port was located in Liyari River, This Island that was known as Karachi Harbour is the largest port of Karachi. This total length of this Harbour is11.5 kilometers. This harbor is divided into two sections known as upper and lower Harbour. Two small but populated islands are situated near Karachi Harbour known as Baba and Bait Islands. The total area on which these Islands are situated is 4 km2. The total population present on this island is 25,000. In the Karachi Harbour, a fishing village is presently known as Kakapir.in the West end of Karachi Harbour an Island village is presently known as Shams Pir.

Bundal Island

A small Island was located in Arabia Sea, in Karachi known as Bundal Island. The tomb of Muslim Sufi Yusuf shah is present on this Island. The annual Urs of Sufi Yousuf was held on this island. During Urs, this Island looks like a city with thousands of people come to watch this Urs. There is an argument between the Provincial Government of Sindh and Karachi Port trust on the possession right of this Island.the total area of this Island is 12,000 acres. On March 11, 2013, Pakistan's largest businessman Malik Riaz signed an agreement with an American Investor to build a city on Bundal Island. In their plan, this Island has the tallest building.2.5 million people were employed due to this project.

Bukkar 

In Rohri, an Island is presently known as Bukkar Island. Rohri is located in Shukkar, Karachi. This Island is made up of limestone rock. The shape of this island is Oval. The total length and width of this Island are 730 m and 270m. The height of this Island is 7.6m. An Army Public School is present on this Island. A fort was present on this Island. This fort was made up of bricks. In 622H, Shums-ud-deen goes to Bhukkar with an army to catch Nasir-ud-deen who hides in this fort. Nasir-ud-deen succeeds to escape from Bhukkar with the help of a boat but stuck in a storm and drowned.
